Export and delete promo codes¶

Select promo codes in the Promo Codes table to download them as a CSV file or delete the ones you no longer need.

Quick steps¶

1. In the host dashboard, go to Promo Codes.
2. Check the box next to each code you want. Check the box in the header to select every code on the page.
3. In the bar at the bottom of the page, click Actions.
4. Choose Export N promo codes as CSV or Delete N promo codes, where N is the number of codes you selected.

To export every promo code, click Export at the top of the page without selecting any rows. To delete a single code, click ⋯ next to its Edit button and choose Delete.

Step-by-step walkthrough¶

1. Select promo codes¶

1. Go to Promo Codes.
2. Check the box at the start of each row you want.
3. To select a range, check one row, hold Shift, and check another.
4. To select every code on the page, check the box in the table header.

Selection only covers the page you are on. Changing the page, sorting, searching, or filtering clears it. Press Esc to clear it yourself.

2. Open the actions¶

1. A bar appears at the bottom of the page showing how many codes are selected.
2. Click Actions, or press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows.

3. Export as CSV¶

1. Choose Export N promo codes as CSV.
2. A CSV file of the selected codes downloads. Your selection stays, so you can run another action on the same codes.

You can also use the Export button at the top of the page. With no rows selected it exports every promo code. With rows selected it reads Export N rows and exports only those.

4. Delete codes¶

1. Choose Delete N promo codes.
2. Confirm in the dialog.

Deleted codes:

• Stop working at checkout right away.
• Disappear from the Promo Codes table.
• Don't change any past orders that used them.

You can create or import a deleted code again later. It starts over with zero uses.

Troubleshooting¶
