View and export event data

Export CSVs for a single event so you can reconcile payouts, share data with your team, or run event-level analysis.

Who this is for

Hosts and team members who need CSV exports for one specific event's orders and analytics.

Quick steps

  1. Open the event you want to export data for.
  2. Go to the event's reporting or analytics section.
  3. Use the filters (for example, date range or view) you need.
  4. Click Export CSV for the event's data.
  5. Download the file and open it in your spreadsheet tool.

Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Open your event reporting view

Navigate to https://host.3common.com/events/dashboard and click on an event. This takes you into the event and its reporting view.

2. Open the export options for event data

Use this to reveal the options for different views or exports.

3. Choose the right time range or view

Adjust the time range or filters so the table shows exactly the data you want to export. For example, click Week to narrow the view to a specific week.

4. Confirm the view you want to export

Make sure the view matches the data you need (for example, orders for a certain week). Make any final adjustments before exporting your CSV.

Click Export CSV. This will create a CSV file with the data currently visible in your event view.

6. Configure columns and confirm export

  1. Click Next.
  2. Click Additional columns to select any extra fields you want in the export.
  3. Click Export to generate the CSV.

7. Export event analytics CSV

  2. Click Download CSV to download analytics metrics for the event, such as sales totals or attendance numbers.
