View and export company-wide data

Export a CSV of all your events, orders, or guests at once so you can run company-wide reporting in your finance tools or BI.

Who this is for

Hosts, owners, and operations or finance team members who need cross-event reports, not just a single event.

Quick steps

  1. Go to your company or account-level reporting area in 3Common.
  2. Choose the date range and any filters you need (events, locations, tags, etc.).
  3. Pick the type of export you want (orders, guests, payouts, or other reports).
  4. Click Export CSV.
  5. Open the CSV in your spreadsheet or reporting tool.

Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Open company-level reporting

  1. Sign in to 3Common.
  2. From the main navigation, open your Reports, Analytics, or Company dashboard area.

2. Choose your filters and date range

  1. Select the date range you want to report on.
  2. Optionally, filter by event, venue, tag, or team if you only want part of your data.

3. Pick what you want to export

  1. Choose whether you want to export orders, guests, payouts, or another company-wide report.
  2. Review any column or field options that are available for the export.

4. Export and download the CSV

  1. Click Export CSV.
  2. When the export is ready, download the file to your computer.

You can now open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, or your BI tool to slice your data across all events.


Troubleshooting

I do not see company-wide reports

Make sure you have the right permissions or role in 3Common. Some company exports may only be visible to account owners or admins.

The export is missing events I expect to see

Double-check the date range and filters for events, tags, or venues.

The file is too large or slow to open

Try exporting a shorter date range or a more specific subset of events, then combine data in your spreadsheet if needed.
