Track guest engagement over time

Create a Workshops property on the Ticket object, tag attendees during check-in, and surface it in CRM views so you can track which sessions each guest attended.

Quick steps

  1. In CRM > Properties, create a Ticket property named Workshops.
  2. Set type to Multi-select and add options like Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Workshop 3.
  3. During check-in, select a guest and tag the appropriate workshop options.
  4. Add the Workshops column to your CRM contacts or tickets views.

Troubleshooting
