Track guest engagement over time¶
Create a Workshops property on the Ticket object, tag attendees during check-in, and surface it in CRM views so you can track which sessions each guest attended.

Hosts who run multi-session events and want to record which workshops a guest attended.
Quick steps¶
- In CRM > Properties, create a Ticket property named Workshops.
- Set type to Multi-select and add options like Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Workshop 3.
- During check-in, select a guest and tag the appropriate workshop options.
- Add the Workshops column to your CRM contacts or tickets views.
Step-by-step walkthrough¶
1. Create the Workshops property¶
- Go to CRM > Properties and create a new property.
- Name it Workshops.
- Set Object to Ticket.
- Set Field type to Multi-select.
- Add options such as Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Workshop 3.
- Save the property.
2. Tag Workshops during check-in¶
- Open Events, select your event, and go to Check-in.
- For each attendee, open their ticket details.
- Use the Workshops field to tag the workshops they attended (for example, Workshop 1 and Workshop 2).
3. Surface Workshops in CRM views¶
- In the relevant CRM view (contacts or tickets), open Columns > Add Columns.
- Add the Workshops column so you can see and filter by workshop attendance.
Troubleshooting¶
Workshops does not appear during mapping or in check-in
Confirm the property exists on the Ticket object in CRM > Properties, then refresh the import or check-in page.
I need per-attendee workshop tracking
Use the Ticket-level multi-select property and tag during check-in to record attendance on the ticket.
