Segment your contacts¶
Build a reusable contact segment using filters and save it as a view you can come back to or export.

Quick steps¶
- Open CRM > Attendees and start from Subscribed.
- Add filters for your criteria.
- Optionally sort to prioritize recent activity.
- Save the view for reuse, export, or email.
Step-by-step walkthrough¶
1. Open Subscribed contacts¶
- Go to organizer.3common.com.
- Open CRM, choose Attendee, then select Subscribed.
2. Add a base subscription filter¶
- Open Filter > Add advanced filter.
- Set Property to Status.
- Set Condition to is any of.
- Set Value to Subscribed.
- Click Apply.
3. Sort by most recent order (optional)¶
- Choose Sort and pick Most Recent Order.
4. Build a combined filter for your segment¶
- Add a filter group, for example:
- Rule 1: Member Id is not empty.
- Rule 2: Number of Orders is greater than or equal to
1.
- Apply the filter group.
5. Save the view for reuse¶
- Click Save view.
- Name it something like
Subscribed & more than 1 order. - Create the view, then select it from the view list to load it anytime.
6. Export or email the segment (optional)¶
- From this saved view, use the actions menu to export the rows or email the contacts, depending on your goal.
Troubleshooting¶
My filter returns zero results
Remove one rule at a time to isolate the issue. Verify property values exist and that Number of Orders matches expectations.
I named the view wrong
Open the view menu and use Rename.
I want orders strictly greater than 1
Change the Number of Orders condition to is greater than and set the value to 1.
