My CSV will not upload
Ensure it is a .csv file, check for a header row, and remove unsupported characters like emojis in column names.
Columns are blank after import
Re-check your mapping. Make sure each CSV column is mapped to the intended property, especially Email.
A property I need is not available
Create the property first in CRM > Properties, then return to the import mapping step.
