Guest profiles and history

View a guest's Overview, Activity, and Properties from the side-peek so you can quickly understand their history without leaving the contact list.

Who this is for

Hosts and teammates reviewing contact details, order history, and recent engagement.

Quick steps

  1. Open CRM > Attendees.
  2. Click any row to open the side-peek.
  3. Use the tabs at the top of the side-peek: Overview, Activity, Properties.
  4. Sort or filter Activity if you need a specific event type or recency.

Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Open the contact side-peek from the list

  1. In CRM > Attendees, click a contact's name or row to open the side-peek on the right.
  2. Press Esc to close and return to the table.

2. Overview tab -- key facts at a glance

  1. See high-level details such as status and recent order info.
  2. Use this view during calls to confirm who you are speaking with and their recent activity.

3. Activity tab -- timeline of emails and orders

  1. Switch to Activity to see events like Email sent and Order completed.
  2. Use the in-panel controls to filter event types or switch between Newest first and Oldest first.

4. Properties tab -- structured fields you can trust

  1. Switch to Properties to view and verify fields such as Number of Orders, First Order, and custom fields like Member Id or Food Allergies.
  2. If you do not see a field, create it in CRM > Properties, then add it as a column in the list for quick inline edits.

5. Return to the list and keep context

  1. Close the side-peek to snap back to the same scroll position in the table.
  2. Add useful columns (for example, Member Id, First Order) so you can compare guests side-by-side.

Pro tip

Use Sort by Most Recent Order in the list to prioritize recent purchasers, and save a view with your preferred columns so everyone sees the same context.

Export contacts from a filtered view

You can export contacts from any filtered CRM view for analysis or sharing.

  1. Build or open the filtered contact view.
  2. Open the actions menu.
  3. Choose Export rows and download the file.

Keep exports clean

Name your saved views clearly so exports are repeatable. Keep only the columns you need before exporting to simplify downstream work.

Troubleshooting

Activity looks empty

Set the Activity filter to All activities and try Newest first. Verify that expected events (emails, orders) exist for the contact.

I cannot find a property

Create it under CRM > Properties, then refresh the contact and add the column in the list view for quick edits.

Export includes extra contacts

Ensure no hidden filters are applied and that you are exporting from the intended view.

I do not see the Export option

Check that you are on a contacts table and that you have permission to export.
