Reset Your 3Common Account Password

Use the "Forgot password" flow to reset the password for any 3Common login.

Who this is for

Hosts or team members who cannot log in and need to reset their password.

Quick steps

  1. Go to your 3Common login page.
  2. Enter the email address you use with 3Common.
  3. Click Continue with email.
  4. Click Forgot password?.
  5. Re-enter your email address if prompted.
  6. Click Reset password and follow the link sent to your inbox.

You will receive a password reset email. Follow the link in that email to set a new password.


Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Open the 3Common login page

  1. Navigate to your 3Common login page. For most organizers this will be your 3Common dashboard or organizer portal URL.

2. Enter your email and continue

  1. Click the Email field.
  2. Type the email address associated with your 3Common account.
  3. Click Continue with email.

3. Choose "Forgot password?"

  1. On the password screen, click Forgot password?.
  1. If prompted, click the Email field again.
  2. Enter the email address where you want to receive the reset link.
  3. Click Reset Password.

You should see a confirmation message that a password reset email has been sent.

5. Check your email and set a new password

  1. Open your inbox for that email address.
  2. Find the password reset email from 3Common and click the link inside.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to choose a new password and finish resetting your account.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the reset email

Check your spam or promotions folders. Make sure you entered the correct email address used for your 3Common login. If your team uses multiple shared inboxes, confirm you are checking the right one.

The reset link has expired

Go back to the login page and repeat the Forgot password? steps to request a new email.

I am not sure which email I used with 3Common

Try any work or shared inboxes you commonly use for event operations. If you still cannot log in, contact your account admin or 3Common support for help confirming the correct email.
