Troubleshooting¶
Your teammate did not receive the invite email
Ask them to check their spam and promotions folders. Confirm the email address is correct in Settings > Users & Teams. If needed, remove the user and send a new invite.
You are not seeing the right roles or permissions
Make sure you are an Admin on the account. Only admins can manage roles and invites. Check that you are on the correct organization if you manage more than one.
A user has too much or too little access
Go back to Settings > Users & Teams, click on their name, and adjust their role (Admin, Editor, Check-in User, etc.). Save your changes so the updated permissions apply immediately.
