How to Log In to 3Common

Log in to your 3Common account from the main website so you can manage events, tickets, contacts, and reports in one place.

Who this is for

Hosts and team members who already have a 3Common account and need to sign in.

Quick steps

  1. Go to the 3Common website.
  2. Click Log in.
  3. Enter the email address connected to your 3Common account.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click Log in to open your dashboard.

You will land on your 3Common home screen once you are signed in.

Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Go to the 3Common website and open the login page

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Go to 3common.com.
  3. In the top-right corner, click Log in.

2. Enter your email and continue

  1. Click the Email field.
  2. Type the email address you use for 3Common.
  3. Click Continue with email.

3. Enter your password and sign in

  1. In the Password field, enter your password.
  2. Click Log in.

If your details are correct, you will be taken to your 3Common dashboard.

Troubleshooting

I forgot my password

Use the Forgot password? link on the login screen to reset your password by email.

I am not receiving the reset email

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm you are checking the same inbox you use for 3Common.

My login link or password still is not working

Make sure you are on 3common.com, then try again in an incognito window or another browser. If it still fails, contact your 3Common support contact or admin.
