Create a 3Common Account

3Common makes it easy to set up an account so you can start selling tickets, running marketing, and managing your guest CRM from one place.

Who this is for

Hosts and team members who are creating their first 3Common account from the organizer portal.

Quick steps

  1. Go to your 3Common organizer portal.
  2. Create a new account with your email and password.
  3. Tell us a bit about your organization and role.
  4. Share a few details about your typical events.
  5. Confirm your organization profile and save your changes.

Once you finish these steps, your 3Common account and organizer profile will be ready to use.


Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Open the organizer portal and start signup

  1. Navigate to organizer.3common.com.
  2. Click Create an account.
  3. In the Email field, enter your email address.
  4. Create a secure password, then choose Continue with email.

2. Enter your basic details

  1. Fill in your First name and Last name.
  2. Enter your Organization name (for example, your venue or company).
  3. Add your Phone number.
  4. Click Register to continue.

3. Answer the onboarding questions

Fill out the onboarding questions about your organization, event types, typical audience size, and what you want to improve. Choose the options that best match how you run events today. You can update these later in your organization settings.

4. Review your organization details

  1. Use the action button on your organization card to review details.
  2. Click Save if everything looks good.

5. Configure any remaining settings

  1. Use the on-screen buttons to adjust any remaining organization or account settings.
  2. When you are done, click Save.

6. Edit your profile (optional)

  1. Open your profile menu and click Edit Profile.
  2. Click into the profile fields you want to update (for example, display name or organization name).
  3. Paste or type the updated information.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Troubleshooting

The page says my email is already in use

Use the Sign in option instead of creating a new account, and use password reset if needed.

I am not sure which category or ranges to pick

Choose the options that are closest to how you run events today. You can always update these details later in your organization settings.
