Guests are not being redirected after purchase

  • Re-click Save and Publish and test again from a fresh browser window.
The redirect goes to the wrong page
  • Make sure you copied the correct URL from your browser.
  • If you recently changed your website structure, update the redirect link to match the new URL and publish again.
I cannot find Additional Settings
  • In the event editor, look for the row of tabs across the top and select Additional Settings.
  • If you still do not see it, ensure you are editing an event (not just viewing it) from your host dashboard.
