Make your Event Centre profile look professional so guests can browse upcoming events and follow your updates.

Quick steps

  1. Open Event Centre in Organizer and enter basic profile details.
  2. Set your Event Centre handle and display name.
  3. Add contact and social links.
  4. Upload a square logo and banner where applicable.
  5. Review and save changes.

When you are done, you will have a polished public profile with the right name, links, and images.


Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Open Event Centre in Organizer

  1. Go to organizer.3common.com, then open Event Centre from the sidebar.
  2. Click Edit Profile to begin.

2. Set your Event Centre name and handle

  1. Enter the display name guests will see.
  2. Set a simple, memorable handle for your profile URL.

Handle tips

  • Keep the handle lowercase with no spaces.
  • Use your brand or venue name for the display name.
  1. Fill in any contact fields you want visible to guests.
  2. Add social usernames or URLs where prompted.
  1. Click Select image and upload a square logo. Ideal aspect ratio is 1:1 for crisp display.
  2. Pick the file and confirm the crop.

5. Save and review your profile

  1. Click Save to capture your changes.
  2. Continue through remaining settings and confirm visibility choices.
  3. Click Save Changes when finished.

6. Preview and share your profile

  1. Use the View as Guest or Share options to see what guests will see.
  2. Confirm your subscriber count, tabs, and upcoming events appear correctly.
  3. If you make more edits, click Save once more.

Troubleshooting

Handle is already taken

Try a short variation with your city or brand initials. Keep it lowercase and simple.

Logo looks blurry or cropped oddly

Upload a square image at least 512x512 px. Keep key artwork centered away from edges.

Links are not opening

Use full URLs where required, including https:// (for example, https://yourdomain.com/path).

Changes not visible on public page

Click Save Changes, then refresh your public profile or use View as Guest.
