A clean, on-brand event page helps guests understand your event and convert quickly.

Quick steps

  1. Create your event and add a cover image.
  2. Set the event location and label.
  3. Add content sections like images and video.
  4. Customize confirmation and subscription wording.
  5. Review and save.

When you are done, you will have a professional event page with clear visuals, accurate details, and friendly copy.


Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Start a new event in Organizer

  1. Go to organizer.3common.com and begin creating your event.
  2. Click the Event Name field and enter a clear title, for example: Awesome event!.
  3. Add a cover image if you have one.

2. Save your basic event details

  1. Use the Save action to keep your progress.

3. Set your event location and label

  1. In the location field, start typing to search your city.
  2. Select the suggested place.
  3. Edit the location label if you want a friendlier name guests will recognize, for example: Stadium.

Location label tips

  • Keep the label short and specific.
  • Use a landmark name if it helps guests on mobile.

4. Add an image section

  1. Use Add section, choose Image, then add your image.

5. Save changes regularly

  1. Click Save after meaningful edits so nothing is lost.

6. Add a video section (optional)

  1. Use Add section and choose Video.
  2. Paste a YouTube link to embed a trailer or recap.

7. Customize confirmation and checkout wording

  1. Update the post-purchase message that guests see, for example: Thank you for your purchase!.
  2. Adjust subscription wording to invite ongoing updates, for example: Check to subscribe to our newsletter!.
  3. Tweak checkout labels like Book your ticket if needed for clarity.

Troubleshooting

Bold or confusing system text appears in fields

Clear the field and retype your own wording. Keep copy short and action-oriented.

Images look stretched or cropped

Use landscape images with safe margins around key content. Re-upload at a wider aspect ratio.

Video will not embed

Ensure you pasted a full YouTube URL. Try again or test with a different video link.

Location is not found

Type a broader query (city and state/province). You can also edit the display label for clarity.
