Box office

The box office page lets you look up any ticket for an event by name or email, then open the full order to manage it. This is the fastest way to handle at-the-door situations: a guest shows up, you search for them, and you have their order in front of you in seconds.

Who this is for

Hosts and team members who need to find tickets quickly during or before an event, manage attendee orders, issue refunds, or resend ticket emails.

Finding a ticket

  1. Open the event in the host dashboard.
  2. From the event navigation, click Box Office.
  3. Use the search bar at the top of the ticket table to search by first name, last name, or email address.
  4. Results update as you type.

Opening an order from a ticket

Once you have found the ticket you are looking for, click the row. The full order side panel opens on the right.

From the order panel you can:

  • View all tickets in the order.
  • Resend the ticket confirmation email.
  • Edit order and attendee details.
  • Issue a refund.

Click anywhere outside the panel, or use the close button, to dismiss it. The ticket table refreshes automatically so any changes you made are reflected immediately.

Printing tickets

The box office page also supports printing tickets for orders that were created manually (walk-up sales). Use the Print all tickets button in the top bar, or select specific rows first and use Print X tickets to print a subset.

Troubleshooting

I searched but no results came back
  • Double-check the spelling. Try searching by email if name is not matching.
  • The guest may have purchased under a different name or email. Try a partial search.
  • Confirm the guest purchased for this specific event, not a different one.
Clicking a row does nothing
  • The order panel requires the ticket to have an associated order. Tickets created through certain legacy flows may not link correctly. Contact support if this happens consistently.
I need to refund a ticket but do not see the option
  • Refund availability depends on your payout status and event settings. If the event has already been paid out, some refund options may be restricted.
  • Contact support if you need to issue a refund outside the normal flow.
