Quick steps¶
- Open your event in 3Common.
- Go to Tracking links & Meta pixels.
- Create tracking links for each campaign or placement (for example, posters, Instagram Stories, influencers).
- Share or customize your tracking URLs.
- Review performance metrics such as visits and revenue.

- Save your changes so the pixel is active across the selected events.
Troubleshooting¶
I do not see any data for a tracking link
Confirm that you are sharing the correct tracking URL and that it is being used in live campaigns.
Two different campaigns show the same numbers
Make sure each campaign has its own unique tracking link and you are not reusing one link across multiple placements.
Pixel events are not appearing in Meta
Double-check that the Pixel ID is correct, the pixel is active in your Meta account, and that it has been applied to the right events in 3Common.
I only want the pixel on some events
If you applied the pixel to all events by default, review your options in the Meta Pixels section and adjust the configuration so only the intended events are tracked.
