Reserved seating in 3Common is managed through venue templates. Templates let you design seating layouts once, then reuse and customize them in individual events without changing the original.

Step 1: Create a Venue Template

1. Go to Events → Venue Templates.

2. Click Create Venue.

   

3. Open the Floor Edit tab.

   

In Floor Edit, you can build your layout:

• Add reserved seating rows and sections

• Add general admission sections (sell blocks of GA tickets)

• Add square or circle table arrangements

  

• Use labels and shapes to mark areas like bars, stages, or exits

• Copy & paste sections for faster setup

You can adjust:

• Seat count per section
• Section labels
• Seat size and spacing
• Section colors

Step 2: Add Pricing Levels

1. Switch to the Scaling tab.
