Overview: Sometimes attendees need their tickets resent—whether they misplaced the original email or didn’t receive it. This guide walks you through two quick methods in the 3Common dashboard.


Method 1: Use the “Resend Tickets” Action

  1. Open your event dashboard and click scroll down to your event items tickets sold (or Orders).

  1. Locate the attendee’s order and click Manage tickets on the right side of the order details.

  1. From the dropdown, select Resend Tickets.

Tip: If you have attendee-specific tickets, you can first click View Tickets to confirm details before hitting Resend Tickets.


Method 2: Share the Ticket Page URL

  1. Follow steps 1–2 from Method 1 to open Manage tickets.

  2. Click View Tickets instead of Resend.

  3. In the ticket preview screen, copy the browser URL. It looks like:

  4. Paste or email this URL directly to your attendee. When they open it, they’ll see and can print or download their tickets.
