Overview: Sometimes attendees need their tickets resent—whether they misplaced the original email or didn’t receive it. This guide walks you through two quick methods in the 3Common dashboard.
Tip: If you have attendee-specific tickets, you can first click View Tickets to confirm details before hitting Resend Tickets.
Follow steps 1–2 from Method 1 to open Manage tickets.
Click View Tickets instead of Resend.
In the ticket preview screen, copy the browser URL. It looks like:

Paste or email this URL directly to your attendee. When they open it, they’ll see and can print or download their tickets.
