Follow these simple steps to update or transfer a guest’s ticket order:
1. Locate the Order
- Search for the Guest:
Use the Contacts page to search for the guest's name or navigate to the event page to find their order.
- Select the Order:
Click on the order you want to edit.

2. Edit the Order
- Access Edit Mode:
Click on Edit Order to view the order details and all associated individual tickets.

3. Transfer Tickets
A. Transferring to a Different Event
- Select Transfer Option:
Click on Transfer Order to Another Event.

- Choose the New Event:
Select the event you want to transfer the tickets to.

- Specify Ticket Quantity:
Indicate how many tickets should be transferred to the new event.
